A freestyle writing club for women who are throwing out the script and writing their own.
Join us to share something you've written either from your own exploration or from our monthly prompt. You will receive a welcome email upon registration and a follow up email with the location and monthly writing prompt.
In person: Open mic sharing: 3rd Sunday, 6pm. Write together: 2nd Sunday, 4pm.
Virtual: Open mic: 2nd Tuesday, 6pm. Virtually write together: 2nd Tuesday, 6pm.
Format

Each attendee is given 5 minutes to read whatever they have brought.

After you share, we will take 2 minutes for anyone who wants to share how the piece resonated with them and invite further discussion.

Discussion about each writer's piece is done 1:1 or in small groups after the readings. This is a great way to build community within the group!

By attending, you are agreeing to the standards of conduct.
We are asking for a financial contribution to the degree you can afford at the end of each session to support our time and hard costs like website, platform hosting, Zoom subscription, etc. This is optional, as we don't want it to become a barrier for participation.
